Here's a few tips and tricks on setting up your artwork:

LIGHTERS - Set White canvas background with a resolution of 500 DPI (Dots Per Inch) and create black text or add a black graphic at a max size of 2" x 1/2".  Dont' get too detailed!! Lighters have a small print area. Save your file as PDF, PSD or JPEG  

STICKERS - Send over at 300-600 DPI at the desired size, exactly how you want it to look. Leave at least 1/8" area around the sticker that doesn't have any graphic because we need a little room to fit the cutter blade in to cut the stickers. We print square and rectangle stickers only. MAKE SURE ARTWORK IS STRICTLY BLACK AND WHITE. NO GRAYSCALE , GRADIENTS. OR FINE LINED HALFTONES. WE PRINT LINE ART ONLY. Send as a PDF, PSD, or JPEG file.

PATCHES - Send over at 300-600 DPI at 4" x 4" with a black background. leave 1/4" area around the patch so there's room after you cut them out so folks will have enough room for sewing so they wont sew through the design. MAKE SURE ARTWORK IS STRICTLY BLACK AND WHITE. NO GRAYS. Send as a PDF, PSD or JPEG file.

KOOZIES - Send over at 300-600 DPI at a max image size of 3" x 3" with a black background, white graphic. MAKE SURE ARTWORK IS STRICTLY BLACK AND WHITE. NO GRAYS. Send as a PDF, PSD or JPEG file.

WHITE SHIRTS w/ BLACK INK - Send over at 300-600 DPI,with a WHITE background,the size you want it printed on the shirts. KEEP YOUR GRAPHIC BLACK. the max size we can print is a 12" x 15" graphic. MAKE SURE ARTWORK IS STRICTLY BLACK AND WHITE. NO GRAYS. Send as PDF, PSD or JPEG file.

BLACK SHIRTS w/ WHITE INK- send over at 300-600 DPI,with a black background,the size you want it printed on the shirts. KEEP YOUR GRAPHIC WHITE. the max size we can print is a 12" x 15" graphic. MAKE SURE ARTWORK IS STRICTLY BLACK AND WHITE. NO GRAYS. Send as a PDF, PSD or JPEG file.

BLACK SHIRTS w/ 2 OR MORE COLORS of ink- Send over at 300-600 DPI,with a black background,the size you want it printed on the shirts. We will do the color separations. We use standard ink colors and will match the colors as close as possible. We spot color print only. The max size we can print is a 12.5" x 15.5" graphic. Send as a PDF, PSD or JPEG file. Keep all lines and dots for all the above printed items at least 3 pixels at 300 DPI)..6 pixels at (600 DPI). Anything smaller,the ink may not pass through the screens. email all artwork to: Artwork@fingerprintsprinting.com 

Don't sweat it if youre not sure how to set up the artwork. Send us what you have and if it looks rough,we'll email you back and give you some pointers. Most of the time we can work magic but if we think its going to print shitty, we wont print it. We need everything that comes out of this shop to look killer!  

Once we get your artwork, we will email back mockups.  (commonly known as proofs). When you receive the email back from us with the proofs attached. look over everything and then Paypal the payment over. Payment info will be included in the email. When Paypal payment is made, we will email you back confirmation that we received payment and will confirm the shipping address. No changes in art can be made after we receive payment. We start on outputting films, making screens and printing. When everything is printed and packaged, ready to ship, we will an email or text you  the UPS or USPS tracking number and the estimated arrival date from the carrier.
